How Nibu Rewards Works

Step 1. Join for Free 

Creating a Nibu account takes less than a minute.

Once you've signed up, you'll automatically become a Nibu Rewards member and can start earning points straight away.

Step 2. Earn Points 

There are lots of ways to collect rewards.

You can earn points by:

• Creating your Nibu account
• Placing an order
• Celebrating your birthday
• Referring friends (if enabled)
• Completing other eligible activities shown in your Rewards dashboard

The more you shop, the more rewards you'll unlock.

Step 3. Redeem Your Rewards

When you've earned enough points, simply convert them into a reward and apply it at checkout.

It's our way of saying thank you for choosing Nibu.

How to View Your Points

1. Log into your Nibu account.
2. Click the Rewards button bottom right on site.
3. Your current points balance, available rewards and earning history will all be displayed.
4. You will see Your Points at the top and options for Ways to earn and Ways to redeem.
5. Tap Ways to redeem. You will see the conversion (for example 100 points = £1) and a Redeem button. Select the reward you want and confirm.

Get your unique discount code

• After redeeming, a unique discount code is created for you.
• Click the copy icon to copy it, or press Apply code.
• Paste the code into the discount box at checkout to take money off your order.
• Codes are unique to your account. If you close the window, you can open the Rewards panel again to view unused codes.

Refer a Friend

Sharing Nibu with friends is one of the easiest ways to earn extra rewards.

From your Rewards panel, simply copy your unique referral link and share it with friends or family.

When someone uses your link:

• Your friend receives £5 off their first order.
• You'll earn reward points once they complete their first purchase.

It's our way of saying thank you for helping more women discover Nibu.

Is joining free?

Yes. Nibu Rewards is completely free to join.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You'll need a Nibu account so we can safely track your points and rewards.

When will my points appear?

Points are usually added shortly after your eligible purchase has been completed.

Can I combine rewards with discount codes?

Reward vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes on the same order. If you have both available, you'll be able to choose which one you'd like to use at checkout.

I can't see my points
