How to Use Your Rewards via our Loyalty Scheme - Smile 

Earn points as you shop, then turn them into money off your next order. Follow these quick steps.

1) Open the Rewards panel and check your balance

Click the gold Rewards button (bottom corner of the site). Sign in to your store account so your points are linked to your email.
You will see Your Points at the top and options for Ways to earn and Ways to redeem.

2) Choose how to redeem

Tap Ways to redeem. You will see the conversion (for example 100 points = £1) and a Redeem button.
Select the reward you want and confirm.

3) Get your unique discount code

After redeeming, a unique discount code is created for you.

Click the copy icon to copy it, or press Apply code.

Paste the code into the discount box at checkout to take money off your order.

Tips

• Codes are unique to your account. If you close the window, you can open the Rewards panel again to view unused codes.
• Discount codes usually cannot be combined with other codes.
• If you want to save more, keep collecting points and redeem a larger amount next time.
• Refer a friend (optional, but great for extra savings)
• From the main Rewards panel, copy your personal link and share it. Your friend gets £5 off, and you earn points when they make their first purchase.
