Founder Nici's morning routine

As part of our "Get to Know Nici" series, we dive into Nici's morning routine.

Nici shares her tips for leading a healthier and holistic lifestyle.

With years of experience testing new ideas and eliminating toxins, Nici, the founder of Nibu, gives us a glimpse into what works for her!

Early Riser

Seizing the day is important! Every day is a new opportunity, a chance to live in the moment, be present, and most importantly, be grateful.

I wake up around 6 am most days and start the morning with some love from my dogs. Then, I kick off my day with a meditation by Joe Dispenza or Jim Curtis.

Next, I do 30 to 40 press-ups as soon as I get out of bed.

While brushing my teeth, I do 30 to 40 squats with a weighted jacket on.

Skincare Routine 

Each day, I cleanse with the Nibu facial cleanser and use our beautifully light and natural Nibu Rose Toner.

I finish off with Nibu Naturals Glow Darker Serum or Glow Deeper Serum.

For a touch of colour, I use the Luna in English Rose on my cheeks, temples, a bit on my chin, and at the tip of my nose.

Some days, I opt for Luna in Bronze Chic to achieve the same effect.

Make up fusion! 

If I have an important meeting that day, I blend our Glow Darker or Deeper Serum with a couple of drops of our Luna Bronze to create a foundation base for an extra glow.



Then, I apply Luna Glow in English Rose on my cheeks, Luna Gold on my brow bones, cheekbones, and cupid’s bow.

I love how our Nibu products feel and absorb into the skin while still providing colour and glow.

Nutrition  

Now that I am awake and my skin is nourished with the fabulous Nibu Naturals range, I head off for some nourishing foods!

For breakfast, I usually have a bulletproof coffee made with grass-fed butter, MCT oil, and good quality mould-free coffee.

I either use Exhale coffee or London Nootropics coffee. (Use code nibunaturals for 15%) I have two cups; in the second, I add a scoop of collagen powder. I like Hunter & Gather Collagen Peptides

 

 

On days when I am hungry, I will eat a cheese omelette with avocado or a piece of grass-fed steak with scrambled eggs. I always use goat or sheep raw cheese in my omelette for that extra bit of nutrition.

Health & Fitness 

Maintaining my health and fitness is crucial to my routine.

I regularly get Vitamin C and Glutathione IV drips to boost my overall health and immune system.

To keep fit, I enjoy walking up and down sand dunes with my dogs each day, which is both a great workout and a wonderful way to connect with nature.

Mindfulness

I am now ready for the day!

I like to spend a bit of time journaling and setting my intentions for the day as this really helps to focus your mind on the right things.

After the day has finished I repeat my skincare routine and make sure I get to bed early! I love to use the Nibu Glow to sleep serum as the smell is divine and its incredible ingredients can be working overnight.
